What is the All India Sainik School Admission Counselling 2023?
All India Sainik School Admission Counselling is a process through which eligible candidates are selected for admission to Sainik Schools in India through AISSEE 2023. Sainik Schools are residential schools established by the Government of India, with the primary objective of preparing young students for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA).

If you are qualified AISSEE 2023 and interested in applying for admission to a Sainik School in India, here are some instructions for the All India Sainik School Admission e-Counselling process:
(A). Eligibility Criteria: Check the eligibility criteria for admission to the Sainik School of your choice. This includes age, educational qualifications, and other requirements as per the AISSEE Information Bulletin 2023 which is released by NTA on its official website.
(B). AISSEE 2023 Result: After the AISSEE 2023, the results are usually announced within 2 months. Check the official website of the NTA to view the AISSEE 2023 Results.
(C). Sainik School Admission e-Counselling 2023: Candidates who have qualified in AISSEE 2023 are able to apply for counselling. During the counselling process, documents are verified, and seats are allotted based on merit.
(D). Medical Examination: Candidates who have been allotted seats need to undergo a medical examination to check their physical fitness and health.
(E). Saink School Admission: After the successful completion of the counselling process and medical examination, candidates need to pay the admission fees and join the Sainik School.
Instruction for All India Sainik School Admission Counselling 2023 Round 1st
1. Candidates follow its instruction during Signup, Registration and Choice Filling for Round 1 on All India Sainik Schools Admission Counselling (AISSAC) 2023. Candidates are noted that Registration and Filling-in of choices on the online portal is free of cost. It Means candidates are NOT required to pay any fee.
2. Instruction for candidates for Sign up on the AISSAC 2023 portal
(a) AISSEE 2023 Application Number is required for the sign up on the AISSAC 2023 portal. Hence, AISSEE 2023 qualified candidates should keep reference documents ready before the start of AISSAC 2023.
(b) Candidates Mobile Number and Email ID registration will be used to send OTP for sign up on All India Sainik School Admission e-Counselling (AISSAC) 2023 portal.
(c) Submit OTP and set your new password & re-confirm it.
3. Instruction for candidates for Registration on the AISSAC 2023 portal
(a) Now candidates Sign in with the new password on AISSAC portal. After that Declaration will appear on the screen. Candidates Read the declaration carefully then click on “I Agree button”.
(b) Now your credentials will appear on your screen. Please, check your credentials. Candidates note that Registration will not be considered successful without confirmation of credentials.
(c) After confirmation, my profile screen will be displayed.
4. Instruction for candidates for Choice filling for Round 1 on the AISSAC 2023 portal:-
(a) Click on Choice filling tab placed on left side of the screen. The choice filling options will be as per 1 of the 7 combination opted by you combinations during the AISSEE 2023 registration on the NTA portal i.e., [Sainik Schools (SS) only, SS + NSS 40% route (In that order of priority), SS+ NSS 40% route+ NSS 60% route (In that order of priority), SS+NSS 60% route (In that order of priority), NSS 40% route + NSS 60% route (In that order of priority), NSS 60% route only, NSS 40% route only]. Change of combination will not be entertained at this stage.
(b) Candidates who have opted for any of the combination of Sainik Schools will find the Sainik School filled by him/her during the AISSEE 2023 registration on the NTA portal as first choice (non-editable). In addition, the candidates can fill 9 more Sainik Schools.
(c) Besides, Candidates who has opted for any of the combination of NSS 40% Route for New Sainik Schools will be able to fill 5 New Sainik Schools.
(d) Candidates who are already studying in approved New Sainik School (NSS) in Class V and has opted for NSS 60% Route will find his school in NSS 60% Route table which will be non-editable.
