KVS Class 1 Admission Required Document 2023-24; Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released KVS Admission Guideline and KVS Admission 2023-24 important Date for admission in KVs Std 1. As per latest Notification, The KVS registration process for class 1 began on March 27, 2023, at 10 am, for the KVS admissions 2023-24 sessions. The last date of kvs admission class 1 online registration and apply application form is April 17, 2023. The KVS class 1 registration process 2023 is conducted in online mode. Class 1 Admission will be done through online only lottery system and priority category system. Documents List to be needed for online registration which is given below.
Required Document list for online registration to KVS Class 1 Admission
Scans/images of only two documents are required for online registration for class 1 admission.
- Birth certificate of the child.
- Photo of the child seeking admission,
Scans/images of above mention documents must be mandatorily uploaded before submitting the online application form during online registration. Only .jpeg or .pdf files can be uploaded. Each file can be maximum of 256 KB in size.
KVS Class 1 Admission Required Document list?
The documents required for admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya for Class 1 may vary slightly depending on the specific school, but typically, the following documents should be submitted at the time of admission in KVs class 1. List of these documents to be presented to the concerned Vidyalaya at the time of admission (not while submitting the online application form) will be displayed. Originals and photo copies of the listed documents must be presented to the Vidyalaya for verification, for a child to be admitted to a Vidyalaya.
- Birth certificate of the child: This document proves the child’s age and is necessary to verify that the child meets the age eligibility criteria for admission to Class 1. The certificate can be a municipal corporation birth certificate or a certificate from a competent authority.
- Proof of relationship: For grandchildren of PSU (project sector)/ IHL employees, a proof of relationship of either of the child’s parents with the grandparent who is a PSU (project sector)/ IHL employee would be required by the Vidyalaya at the time of admission.
- Proof of residence: A document showing the child’s address, such as a passport, voter ID card, Aadhaar card, or ration card, is usually required.
- Caste certificate (if applicable): For children applying under SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/BPL category, a certificate stating that the child belongs to the Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribe / EWS / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer ) / EWS / BPL category (as applicable), issued by the competent authority in concerned State Government / Union Government must be provided at the time of admission.
- Transfer certificate (if applicable): If the child is transferring from another school, a transfer certificate from the previous school may be required.
- Disability certificate (if applicable): If the child has any disability, a certificate from a competent medical authority may be required.
- Photo of Child: Recent photo of child to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Service Certificate : For children applying under a service category in which transfers are to be taken into account, a service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 7 years.
