KVS Recruitment Reservation Rule: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is a central government organization that provides education to the children of government employees across India. KVS follows the reservation policy of the Government of India, which provides for reservation of seats for various categories of candidates. Direct recruitment of teachers in KVS is at present centralized. After ascertaining the vacancies, an all India advertisement for direct recruitment of various posts in KVS is usually uploaded on its official website@ kvsangathan.nic.in. Applications are submitted by online mode only. All interested candidates possessing the requisite qualifications, age Eligibility Criteria etc., prescribed for the posts as published in the KVS Recruitment 2022  Notification (as per Recruitment Rules) are eligible and applied through online for the vacant posts. KVS Recruitment 2023~Reservation Rule

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) follows the reservation policy set by the Government of India for recruitment. The reservation policy for KVS recruitment is as follows:

  • Scheduled Caste (SC) – 15%
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 7.5%
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC) – 27%
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS) – 10%
  • Persons with Disabilities (PwD) – 4%

The reservation is applicable for all posts advertised by KVS. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories need to provide appropriate certificates as proof of their category at the time of applying for the recruitment. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories are required to produce valid and authentic documents to avail the benefits of reservation.

What is the KVS teaching and non teaching Recruitment Process?

The recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) typically involves the following stages:

Notification: KVS releases a recruitment notification on its official website and/or in leading newspapers, inviting applications from eligible candidates for various teaching and non-teaching positions.
